Workshop Facilitator Role Summary

• Chosen by the Grace Leadership Development Team based on recommendations from Grace elders, pastors, ministry directors, key leaders, and coaches
  
  
• Workshop Facilitators will present their material (generally during the Preseason Training session) to the Leadership Development Team and coaches for feedback before final approval
  
  
• Commitment is for a Three Month Session
  
  
• Each Workshop Facilitator agrees to facilitate at least 1 workshop
  
  
• Each workshop will be facilitated with an interactive style emphasizing the participation of the attendees
  
  
• Each Workshop will conclude with a practical assignment designed to apply the information shared in the workshop
  
  
• Each Workshop Facilitator is free to select their own course materials as long as each course meets specific content objectives set by the Grace Leadership Development Team
  
  
• Each Workshop Facilitator will participate in the Preseason Training for coaches and Workshop Facilitators
