Grace Leadership Development Program

Leader Role Summary

• Commitment is for a three month session.
  
  
• Chosen by the Grace Leadership Development Team based on recommendations from Grace elders, pastors, ministry directors, coaches, and other recognized Grace leaders
  
  
• During this 3 month period, each Leader will personally meet with their coach at least 3 times
  
  
• They will also communicate with their respective coaches at least 3 other times by phone or email
  
  
• Meetings and communications will be focused on:
  
  
• Discussion and completion of Leadership Development Program assignments
• What’s going well?
• What’s been challenging?

• What’s the next step?
• Character, skills and core doctrines

• The Leader will participate in all core Leadership Development Program workshops
  
  
• The Leader will complete all Leadership Development Program workshop assignments
